Breakfast Pizza

Pastry for single 9' pie
1/2 lb. bacon
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 1/3 cup sour cream
2 Tbls. minced fresh parsley

Bake pastry shell on lower rack at 425 for 5 minutes. Press down bubbles. Sprinkle bacon and cheese over crust. In a bowl, beat eggs with sour cream and parsley until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Made this last night, yummy! I would recommend using a deep dish pie crust, mine overflowed the regular size. Also, I had to cook mine for about 5 minutes longer than the recipie stated.
